Universal Milling Machine
1.Both shells of the milling head have precise positioning wedge pin. When the milling head is at horizontal or vertical position, the precise positing can ensure the main shaft to be precisely horizontal or vertical with the worktable.
2. All crucial transmission parts are made of alloy steel and are specially treated. The easily worn parts are made of wearing materials. The machine guiderail has protective device for scraps. All these ensure the machine a enough long lifespan.
3. The easily wearing parts has adjustment device to remove clearance, which ensures the precision and stability of the machine.
4. The crucial transmission shafts and main shafts are installed on the rolling bearing, which improves the transmission efficiency. And the rolling bearing on the main shaft is adjustable, which ensures the precision of the main shaft.
5. Along vertical direction, use ball screw transmission with advantages of light manual-adjustment, stable precision and hard wearing. It is also set with unidirectional self-locking mechanism to prevent the machine from sliding down under the function of weight. Along the horizontal direction, there are two handles specially located at the front and the side which is easy to operate and can reduce unsafe factors.
6. Different combination of two swivel angels can adjust the main shaft to any required angel and thus realizes processing without space limitation.
